This policy explains how the POV Guy Realtor advertising tool (the "App") — operated by Farhan Adenan and the POV Realty Division — collects, uses and protects information when we and our licensed associates manage advertising through Meta (Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp).

Who this covers

The App is an internal business tool used by Farhan Adenan and invited POV Realty Division associates to create and manage their own Meta advertising campaigns for Singapore real-estate marketing. It is not a consumer product and is not offered to the public.

Information we access

• Meta advertising data — ad accounts, campaigns, ad sets, ads and performance metrics belonging to the associate who connects their own account, to create and manage campaigns on their behalf.
• Facebook Pages — the Page name and ID an associate authorises, used to run ads and Click-to-WhatsApp campaigns from their own Page.
• Business information — the associate's connected business and ad-account identifiers, used to attribute campaigns correctly.
• WhatsApp conversations — where a prospective client starts a chat via a Click-to-WhatsApp ad, we process the message content and the client's WhatsApp display name and number solely to respond to the enquiry and provide the requested property information.

How we use it

• To create, launch, pause and report on advertising campaigns in each associate's own Meta ad account.
• To respond to property enquiries that prospective clients voluntarily start with us on WhatsApp.
• To maintain internal records of leads and campaign performance for the associate who owns them.

How we store and protect it

Access tokens and account identifiers are stored securely on our backend (InsForge, hosted in Southeast Asia) and are used only by server-side processes. Associates never see one another's tokens. We do not sell personal information. We do not use it for any purpose other than those stated above.

Sharing

We share information with Meta Platforms, Inc. as required to operate the advertising and messaging services you have connected. We do not share personal information with any other third party except where required by law.

Data retention & your choices

An associate may disconnect their Meta account at any time from within the tool, which stops further access. A prospective client may ask us to delete their enquiry details at any time. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, contact us at the address below and we will respond within a reasonable period.
