These Terms govern use of the POV Realty Division CRM ("the App"), operated by Farhan Adenan, a licensed salesperson with Huttons Asia Pte Ltd (CEA Reg. No. R068636D), under the "POV Realty Division" brand.
The App is provided to real-estate associates affiliated with POV Realty Division for the purpose of managing Google Ads campaigns that market residential property projects. You must have authority to operate any Google Ads account you connect.
By connecting your Google Ads account, you authorise the App to read and manage campaigns in that account on your behalf, as described in our Privacy Policy. You remain responsible for all advertising activity, spend, and compliance (including CEA advertising rules) in your own account. You may disconnect at any time.
You agree not to use the App for unlawful purposes, to interfere with its operation, or to attempt to access another user's account data. Campaigns are created in a paused state for your review; you are responsible for enabling, funding, and monitoring them.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for advertising outcomes, spend, account suspensions, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the App.
We may modify or discontinue the App, or update these Terms, at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We may suspend access for misuse.
